Along with UFIT Singapore, we will be launching the Plant Fit Challenge in 2017. This program is for vegans, vegetarians and 'plant-curious' individuals wanting to get healthier and fitter on a 100% plant-based diet. Whether it's fat loss, building muscle or finding new found energy and health, we are committed to helping you achieve your goals.
Having coached clients ranging from stay at home mums to international athletes, then training and competing at an international level...we've distilled years of experience into this one program.

4 WEEK PLANT FIT CHALLENGE:
This will be a 4 week intensive program that will equip you with all you need to achieve your goals. The most successful transformation will win a health & wellness package from Live Green Live Lean, UFIT and our trusted partners. Participants will be weighed and measured at the start and at the end of the challenge. The winner be chosen based on various facets of his/her transformation. This will be dictated by body composition changes, mental and behavioural shifts.
The program will revolve around the elimination of any animal products/dairy, and centre around a low fat whole food plant-based diet. We are committed to helping you change your eating habits long term and focus on nutrient dense plant-based whole foods.

Along with the 4 x 30 min training sessions, you'll will have access to bootcamp sessions. These training sessions are powered by high level coaching with UFIT Bootcamps, personal training and years of experience and utilising Singapore's biggest fitness programme. You will get 4 Bootcamp sessions included so make sure you find your fit, choose one of our classes and join an infectious community all taking the same journey to live the life you deserve.
